Paying Wages to the Family
Paying one’s wife, husband or teenage child a wage for services rendered can be hugely beneficial in tax terms but the benefit comes with potential procedural traps that can cost the unsuspecting business proprietor hundreds of £s in back taxes, penalties and interest.
